• Eligibility for Returns

    We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. To qualify for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

    • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns on:

    • Items ordered in error or due to a change of mind

    • Products that have been installed or used

    • Custom or special orders

    Reporting an Issue

    If your order arrives damaged or defective:

    1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.

    2. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

    3. Send the images along with your order details to:

    Return Process

    Once your return is approved:

    • You may bring the item back to our warehouse, or

    • We can assist in arranging pickup (shipping costs apply and are the customer’s responsibility).

    Please note: All return shipping fees are covered by the customer, unless otherwise stated by Tap Crafts in writing.

    Refunds

    If your return is approved:

    • You may receive a replacement item or store credit.

    • We do not offer cash refunds unless required by law.

    • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
