Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns on:

Items ordered in error or due to a change of mind

Products that have been installed or used

Custom or special orders
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Take clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return Process
Once your return is approved:

You may bring the item back to our warehouse, or

We can assist in arranging pickup (shipping costs apply and are the customer’s responsibility).
Please note: All return shipping fees are covered by the customer, unless otherwise stated by Tap Crafts in writing.
Refunds
If your return is approved:

You may receive a replacement item or store credit.

We do not offer cash refunds unless required by law.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
